A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO NOTIFY THE
STATE HIGHWAY C0M.MISSION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby directed to notify
the State Highway Commission that all right-of-way essential to
the widening of Cantrell Road between Paschal Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rock and Beechwood Street in the said City has
been completed and that the State Highway Commission is authorized
to enter and commence construction at its pleasure.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded
to the Chairman of the State Highway Commission .
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
