A RESOLUTION COMPLIMENTING RUSSELL BROWN & COMPANY FOR EXCELLENT
WORK IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , Russell Brown & Company was appointed by the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, to audit the financial records of the City;
and
WHEREAS, Russell Brown & Company has completed the audit work
for a two (2) year period with a high degree of competency and
efficiency and in a manner bespeaking well of its profession;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Russell Brown & Company be, and is hereby,
highly complimented and commended for excellent services performed
in behalf of the City of Little Rock, arising out of its appointment
as auditor for the City, for which the City of Little Rock is ex-
tremely grateful.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
