A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF THE EAST 6TH STREET DRAINAGE SYSTEM PREPARED BY THE
ENGINEERING SECTION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVER-
TISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR THE SAID CONSTRUCTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The plans and specifications for the construction
of the East 6th Street Drainage System prepared by the Engineering
Section of the Public Works Department of the City of Little Rock
are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise and take bids for the said construction pursuant to
the plans and specifications hereinabove approved and on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
