RESOLUTION NO. 2.536
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON :IDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR USE BY THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and materials
identified by this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WBaREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible
bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following
materials and equipment for use by the Departments of the City as
designated below are hereby awarded to the persons, firms or
corporations in the amounts shown below:

For use in and by the Police Department:
1 Plymouth Patroller----Sid daydon, Inc. ---- 2, 144.71
For use in and by the Fire Department:
6 ---Overhead Doors Overhead Door
Company 431,217.60
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrants
in payment of the purchase Prices hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
