A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON LIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR USE BY THE STREET
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and materials
identified by this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible
bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contract for the purchase of the following materials
and equipment for use by the S Greet Department of the City of Little
Rock is hereby awarded to the persons, firms or corporations in
the amount shown below:
QUANTITY ITEM SELLER. TOTAL NET PRICE
1 Falcon 4-Door Station Wagon---Rebsamen Motors---p1, 703.40
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant or
warrants in payment of the purchase price hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
