A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SEWER LINE EASEMENT TO MARYTON
PARK LAND COMPANY, INC. , ACROSS CERTAIN LANDS OWNED BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Maryton Park Land Company, Inc . , is hereby granted
a Sewer Line Easement ten feet (10 ' ) in width, in accordance with the
Plat filed with the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
over and across Sections 12 and 13 in Township 1 North, Range 13 , West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas .
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the proper, standard instrument conveying said
Easement to said Maryton Park Land Company, Inc. , in accordance with
the intent and purposes of this Resolution .
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
