RESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS OF STREET
IMPROVi7ENT DISTRICT NO. 570 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the sole remaining commissioner of the Board of
Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 570 of Little
Rock, Arkansas , has reported that John H. Dimmett and Clifford
Alvin Lane, the other two commissioners of said District, are now
deceased and that their successors should be appointed to carry on
the affairs of the District; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioner has recommended the appointment of
Bert J. Roberts and A. J. Carpenter, who are both property owners
in said District and qualified to serve as Commissioners, as suc-
cessors to Mr. Dimmett and Mr. Lane on said Board for said District;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Bert J. Roberts and A. J. Carpenter be and
they are hereby appointed Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 570 of Little Rock, Arkansas , and they are directed to take
their oaths of office within ten days from this date and proceed
to enter upon their duties as such Commissioners.
