A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING UNIVERSITY AVENUE BETWEEN ASHER
AVENUE AND CANTRELL ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AS
A CONTROLLED ACCESS STREET; ACCEPTING FROM PULASKI COUNTY ,
ARKANSAS , JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OVER CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-
WAY OF SAID STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. University Avenue between Cantrell Road and Asher
Avenue in the City of Little Rock is hereby designated as a controlled
access street .
SECTION 2. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts from Pulaski
County, Arkansas, the jurisdiction and control over such of the right-
of-way as was previously vested in said County and agrees hereby to
improve and maintain said Street as a controlled access street .
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
