A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN EXPENDITURES FOR THE REPAIR
AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL DIAMOND AT WAR
MEMORIAL PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
directed and authorized to expend funds up to but not in excess of
Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty and Noj100 Dollars ($2,920 .00) for
the improvement and repair of the Little League Baseball Diamond at
War Memorial Park.
SECTION 2. The above sum, or any part thereof, expended for the
purpose defined in Section 1 hereof shall be taken from Project 26,
Parks & Airport Construction Fund.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
