A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSAL OF REAL PROPERTIES , INC,. , TRUSTEE , TO CLOSE, VA-
CATE AND ABANDON A CERTAIN PORTION OF B STREET HEREINAFTER DE-
SCRIBED, LOCATED IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICA-
TION OF NOTICE OF SAID PUBLIC HEARING; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , Real Properties, Inc . , Trustee, owns all of the property
contiguous to and abutting upon a certain portion of B Street herein-
after described, located in the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS , Real Properties , Inc. , Trustee, feels that the part of
B Street hereinafter described is no longer needed for use as a street
or public thoroughfare; and
WHEREAS, Real Properties , Inc . , Trustee, alleges that the said
portion of B Street hereinafter described has never been opened for
public use and that said portion of B Street should be closed, vacated
and abandoned, but that all persons who may object to the closing of
the said Street be heard;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Tne Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, hereby declares that a public hearing shall be had in the
Board of Directors ' Chamber, Little Rock City Hall , at 7:30 P.M. on
Marcn 21 , 1960, at which time all persons objecting to the closing
of a certain portion of B Street described as follows :
Beginning at a point 40 feet West of the NE corner of the
NE4, NE4i Section 1, T 1 N, R 13 W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
thence N 88° 57 ' , W 620 .7 feet to a point , thence S o° 47 ' , W.
15 feet to a point, thence S 88° 57 ' , E. 620 .9 feet to a point,
thence N. 15 feet to tae point of beginning.
And
Starting at the NW corner of the S1, NE4, NE4, Section 1, T 1 N,
R 13 W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , thence N 0° 47 ' , E 15 feet to
a point , thence S. 38° 57 ' , E. 53 feet to the point of beginning;
said point of beginning being a point on the S line of Lot 25 ,
Henry Meirose Addition to the City of Little Rock; 4 feet E. of
the SW corner of said Lot 25 , thence S. 88° 57 ' , E. 381 .5 feet
to the SE corner of Lot 18 , Henry Meirose Addition , thence S.
30 feet to a point, thence N. 88° 43 ' , W. 331 .5 feet to a point,
thence N. 30 feet to the point of beginning. ,
can be heard.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall publish a notice of the public
hearing, provided for in Section 1 hereof, twice for two consecutive
weeks in some newspaper of general circulation in the County.
SECTION 3 . Tnis resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
