A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON
RESTROOMS AND A PAVILION AT BOYLE PARK, CALLING FOR BIDS
THEREON; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
approve the plans and specifications submitted by Robert L.
Robinson , Architect , which plans and specifications are numbered
2659 and dated January, 1960; and
WHEREAS , it is the wish of the Board of Directors that bids
be taken thereon at the earliest possible time;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock approves the plans and specifications for restrooms and a
pavilion at Boyle Park, Little Rock, Arkansas , as drafted and
prepared by Robert L. Robinson , which plans and specifications
are numbered 2659 and dated January, 1960;
SECTION 2. The City Manager and his appropriate agents are
hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids and to take
all necessary steps to secure bids on the plans and specifications
described in Section 1 hereof at the earliest possible time;
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
