A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF REAL ESTATE
APPRAISERS TO AID THE CITY IN THE MATTER OF THE ACQUISI-
TION O2 RIGHT-OF-WAYS FOR PUBLIC STREETS IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND 1'OR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to employ
real estate appraisers for the purpose of aiding the City in the
matter of acquisition of right-of-ways for public streets and
thoroughfares in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
