A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR USE IN AND BY THE MILK
& DAIRY DEPARTMENT AND POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and materials identi-
fied by this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said invita-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award contracts on said
bids to the lowest responsible bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following materials
and equipment for use in and by the Departments of the City as designated
below are hereby awarded to the persons, firms or corporations in the
amounts shown below:

For use in and b the Milk & Dair Department:
1 2 door Sedan Bale Chevrolet Co . $ 1,054.52
1 2 door Falcon Sedan---Rebsaraen Motors $ 1,579 .55
For use in and bby the Police Department:
17 2 door Sedans Bale Chevrolet Co . $25,116.90
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrants in payment
of the purchase prices hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
