A RESOLUTION EMPLOYING RICHARD W. GROH, REGISTERED, LICENSED
ARCHITECT TO PREPARE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTIMATES
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMUNITY CENTER AT WAR MEMORIAL
PARK IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Richard U. Groh, registered, licensed architect, is
hereby employed to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates
for the construction of a Community Center at War Memorial Park in.
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTIO N 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
