RESOLUTION NO. 2414-7
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT EXECUTED ON
OCTOBER 29 , 1959 , BY THE LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND THE PUBLIC GENERALLY OVER,
THROUGH AND ACROSS CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Drainage Easement granted to the City of Little
Rock and the public generally on October 29, 1959 , by the Little
Rock School District over, through and across the following described
lands located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, is hereby accepted:
The East fifteen (15) feet of the following described
lands:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW3/4) of the
Southeast Quarter (SEt) of Section Eleven (11) ,
Township One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West ,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Commencing at a point where the North boundary line
of East Roosevelt Road intersects the West line of
said SWM of SE4i and running thence North along the
West line of said SA of SE' 450 feet; thence East
570 feet; thence South 450 feet to the North boundary
line of East Roosevelt Road; and thence West along
the North boundary line of East Roosevelt Road to
point of beginning.
SECTION 2. Said easement shall be recorded with the Circuit
Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and thence filed
in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
