A RESOLUTION FIXING FARES FOR LIMOUSINE SERVICE IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK RENDERED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 10,999 ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Fares for Limousine Service in the City of Little
Rock rendered pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No . 10,999
shall not exceed the following rates:
(A) Ninety Cents (90c) per person between the Little Rock
Municipal Airport and any point East of Gaines Street,
commencing with an imaginary extension of Gaines Street
to the Arkansas River on the North and an extension of
said Gaines Street to the City Limits of Little Rock on
the South.
(B) An additional fare of Twenty-Five Cents (25c) per person
per zone may be charged for transportation to any point
West of Gaines Street, as above extended or projected,
on the same basis per zone as is currently being charged
by taxi cabs. The zones for which said additional fares
may be charged shall be co-extensive with the zones as
provided for in Ordinance No. 10,374.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
