RESOLUTION NO. 2441
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PERPETUAL RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
FOR RELOCATION OF EAST FIFTEENTH STREET IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK EXECUTED BY THE CHICAGO, ROCK ISLAND AND PACIFIC
RAILROAD COMPANY TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK GENERALLY DATED
OCTOBER 30, 1959; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The perpetual Right-of-Way Easement for relocation
of East Fifteenth Street in the City of Little Rock executed by the
Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company to the City of
Little Rock generally, dated October 30, 1959, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The property description for said easement provided
for in Section 1 hereof is as follows :
Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 12, Block 9, Dodge
Addition to the City of Little Rock, thence south along
the east C.R. I. & P. railroad right-of-way line, a dis-
tance of 59.67' to a point, thence northwesterly a distance
of 76.92' to the west C.R.I. & P. railroad right-of-way
line, thence north along the west C.R. I. & P. railroad
right-of-way line, a distance of 59.67' to a point, said
point is 8.4' south of the south right-of-way line of
East Fifteenth Street, thence southeasterly a distance of
76.92' to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. Said easement shall be recorded with the Circuit
Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and thence filed in
the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
