RESOLUTION NO. 2382
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF MINUTE
ORDER NO. 2895 OF THE ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION RE-
LATIVE THE RELOCATION OF HIGHWAY 10 THROUGH THE PROPOSED WEST
ROCK HOUSING PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, The Arkansas State Highway Commission approved its
Minute Order No. 2895 relative the relocation of Highway 10
through the proposed West Rock Housing Project, which Minute
Order was in words and form as follows :

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires to accept the provisions
and conditions of said Minute Order;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Minute Order No . 2895 of the Arkansas State
Highway Commission, set out hereinabove in form and full, relative
the relocation of Highway 10 through the proposed West Rock Housing
Project, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted in its
entirety with all conditions therein set forth.
SECTION 2. This resolution stall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption .
