A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR THE STRAIGHTENING AND PAVING
OF A PORTION OF EAST 15TH STREET HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise and take bids for the straightening and paving of
a portion of East 15th Street diagonally dissecting Block 9 ,
Dodge ' s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
