A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE
FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION
TO VACATE AND CLOSE LiE ALT,-;Y
RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH THROUGH
BLOCK 22, LINCOLN PARK ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors

of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the ,C) day of _2.-.;___ „, 1959,
seeking and asking the Board of Directors to vacate a abandon the
alley running North and South through Block 22, Lincoln Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the
plat of said area now appearing of record in Plat Record Book No.
at Page No. .1,3, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF =RECTORS OF
TI-E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION. 1.The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
next regular meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 P.M. , on the 20th day of July, 1959.
SECTION.2.The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two ( 2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, having a general circulation in the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION. 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
