RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTT,E ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING DATE OF HEARING ON
PETITION TO CLOSE AND VACATE AN ATLTRY 10 FEET WIDE,
RUNNING EAST AND WEST ACROSS BLOCK 3, RIFFEL AND
HOLDER' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTTR ROCK, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET SOUTH OF
WEST 29th STREET.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 9th day of June, 1959,
asking the Board of Directors to close and vacate an alley 10 feet
wide, running east and west across Block 3, Riffel and Holder' s
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
approximately 100 feet south of West 29th Street, as designated on
the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1,
Page 23, and the amended plat of Block 3 of said Addition now
appearing of record in Plat Book 2, Page 114, in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
next regular meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 P. M. on the 6th day of July, 1959..
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas and having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
