A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED
AND SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS BY ROBERT L. ROBINSON,
REGISTERED, LICENSED ARCHITECT, FOR TWO WAREHOUSE GARAGES,
ONE TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT REBSAMEN PARK AND ONE AT WAR MEMORIAL
PARK; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE
AND TAKE BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SAID WAREHOUSE
GARAGES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The plans and specifications prepared and submitted
to the Board of Directors by Robert L. Robinson, registered, licensed
architect, for two warehouse garages, one to be constructed at
Rebsamen Park and one at War Memorial Park, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise and take bids for the construction of the said warehouse
garages pursuant to the plans and specifications hereinabove approved.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
