A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIRING,
REMODELING, AND REROOFING OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS AND
SHELTERS AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL ZOO; TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOLDING BLEACHERS,
COMPLETELY INSTALLED, AT THE DUNBAR RECREATION CENTER;
TO ADVERTISE,TAKE BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR OF THE
GILLAM PARK SWIMMING POOL; PROVIDING THAT THE SAID PROJECTS
SHALL BE PAID FROM THE BOND FUNDS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE
NO . 10 ,852; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids and contract for the repairing, remodeling
and reroofing of the existing buildings and shelters at the Little
Rock Municipal Zoo .
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids and contract for the purchase of folding
bleachers, completely installed, at the Dunbar Recreation Center.
SECTION 3 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids and contract for the repair of the Gillam
Park Swimming Pool.
SECTION 4. The above projects shall be paid for from Bond
Funds authorized by Ordinance No . 10,852 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 5 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
