RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED ESTIMATE OF
COST OF CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 621 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Curb and Gutter Improvement
District No. 621 have made due report to the City Board of
Directors that it is necessary to correct and revise the estimate
of cost of the improvement previously reported to the Board in
order to include additional drainage in that cost as recommended
by the Public Works Department of the City, and have reported the
corrected estimate of cost of said improvement as revised , which
is within the limit allowed by law; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, that the corrected and revised estimate
of cost of the improvement of Curb and Gutter Improvement District
No. 621 of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby
approved and accepted .
