RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 573 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of
Street Improvement District No. 573 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has
reported that A. Milton Allen, Jr . and E. F. Grable , the other
Commissioners of said District, have sold their property in the
District and are no longer property owners and are therefore dis-
qualified by law from serving as Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, said Chairman has recommended the appointment of
Claude Cowart and Frank Ross, who are both property owners in said
District and qualified to serve as Commissioners, as successors to
Mr. Allen and Mr. Grable on said Board for said District; now,
therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Claude Cowart and Frank Ross be and
they are hereby appointed Commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. 573 of Little Rock, Arkansas , and they are directed
to take their oaths of office within ten days from this date and
proceed to enter upon their duties as such Commissioners.
