A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EMPLOY THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SERVICE TO COMPILE
A SURVEY OF JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND PAY SCALES FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to employ the Public Administration Service of
Chicago, Illinois, to compile a survey of job classifications
and pay scales for employees of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. The said Public Administration Service shall submit
a written report of its survey and recommendations to the City
Manager by January 15 , 1959 .
SECTION 2. The total remuneration to be paid for said
Public Service shall not exceed the sum of Five Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars and no/100 Cents ($5 ,750.00) .
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
