A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN SUPPLIES FOR USE BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the supplies, equipment
and materials identified by this Resolution have been legally
published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to
said invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award contracts
on said bids to the lowest responsible bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following
supplies, materials and equipment for use by the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, are hereby awarded to the persons, firms or cor-
porations identified and in the amounts as shown below:

550 gallons-Premium Grade Motor Oil-Arkansas Fuel Oil

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
