RESOLUTION NO . 2199
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TRAFFIC OPERATIONS PLAN FOR
THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, ` A Traffic Operations Plan' for the Riverfront
Drive of Little Rock, Arkansas, prepared for the Arkansas
State Highway Commission by Wilbur Smith and Associates has
been submitted to the City of Little Rock for approval, and,
WHEREAS, in order to expedite the completion of the
Riverfront Drive said plan should be approved by the City of
Little Rock, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY CF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Traffic Operations Plan for the Riverfront
Drive of Little Rock, Arkansas, prepared for the Arkansas State
Highway Couuuission by Wilbur Smith and Associates and submitted
to said Highway Commission on February 15 , 1958, is hereby
approved and adopted as the plan of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2 . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
