A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOSEPH C. KEMP THE CITY
ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF LIT TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , AND
FOR OTTER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , the legal affairs of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas , demand immediate attention,
NOW, THEREF ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
BOARD OF DIRECT (RS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Effective immediately,
. Joseph C. hemp is hereby appointed City Attorney of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , with authority to employ
such Assistant City Attorneys and office personnel as is
now, or may hereafter he provided for
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall he in
effect immediately upon its adoption by the Board of
Directors .
