A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND EMPLOYING JOSEPH C.KEMP
AS ACTING CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Joseph C. Kemp is hereby appointed and
employed as Acting City Attorney of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, effective November 18, 1957.
SECTION 2. That said Joseph C. Kemp shall be paid and
receive such salary and other emoluments as are now or may
hereafter be provided for the City Attorney of said City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 3 . That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption by the Board of Directors
and approval by the Mayor.
