A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF 0 . D. LONG-
STRETH, JR. AS CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , 0. D. Longstreth, Jr. has requested the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock to replace him as
City Attorney of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The resignation of 0. D. Longstreth, Jr. as
City Attorney of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby
accepted, effective November 18, 1957 .
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption by the Board of Directors
and approval by the Mayor.
