R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2173
A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE LEVY OF ASSESSMENT
IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 580
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, held on the 4th day of
November, 1957, there was presented to said Council a
petition by the Commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. 580 in which it was stated that 2 3/4% of the
levy will be sufficient to pay the outstanding bonds, coupons
and administrative expenses and asking that the Council
pass a resolution reducing said levy for the year 1958.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1958
levy of Street Improvement District No. 580 be reduced to
2 3/4% of said assessment.
