RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 614
WHEREAS, since being appointed a commissioner in Street
Improvement District No. 614 of Little Rock, Arkansas, Berch E.
Henry has sold his property in said district and is no longer a
property owner within said district and is, therefore, disqualified
by law to act as commissioner for said District; and
WHEREAS, Berch E. Henry has tendered his resignation
as commissioner in said district and said resignation should be
accepted; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Henry and the Board of Commissioners of said
district have recommended the appointment of Roy E. Fawcett as a
successor to Mr. Henry on said Board of Improvement and have rep-
resented that Mr. Fawcett is a property owner in said district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Roy E. Fawcett be
and he is hereby appointed a commissioner for Street Improvement
District No. 614 of Little Rock, Arkansas, who shall forthwith
take his oath of office and enter upon his duties with the other
commissioners of said district.
