RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED ESTIMATE OF COST
IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 128 OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Comm iioners of Sewer Improvement District No. 128
have made report to the City Council that they have taken the bids on
the proposed improvement and that the bids have exceeded the estimated
cost which was previously reported to this body; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners have reported that they have estimated
the cost of the project in cortenplation of the bids taken to be within
the limit allowed by law, and that the assessments as made and on file
in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock need not
be changed and are sufficient : now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED that the report of the Commissioners of Sewer
Improvement District No . 128, showing the revised estimate of cost,
be and the same is hereby approved .
