A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 605.
WHEREAS, since being appointed commissioner in Street
Improvement District No. 605 of Little Rock, Arkansas, C . C .
Collie, Jr. , has sold his property in said District and is no
longer a property owner within said district, and is therefore
not qualified to act as commissioner for said district; and
WHEREAS, C . C . Collie, Jr. , has tendered his resignation
as Commissioner in said district and said resignation should be
accepted; and
WHEREAS, the said Commissioner has reported this action
to the Council and the attorney for said district has recommended
the appointment of Lawrence Fisher as successor on said Board to
C . C . Collie, Jr. ;
NOW, THER4.N'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That Lawrence Fisher, a property owner in said District
is hereby elected as Commissioner of Street Improvement District
No. 605 to fill said vacancy.
