RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR WATER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 78
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Water Improvement District
No. 78 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made due report to the City
Council that they have qualified for office and have organized,
have formed plans for their improvement and have estimated the cost
thereof to be within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended
the appointment of Aleta Oldham, Dorothy L. Middleton and Earnestine
Smith, all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
assessors to assess the benefits in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Aleta Oldham, Dorothy
L. LUddleton and Earnestine Smith be and they are hereby elected
assessors for Water Improvement District No. 78 of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, and they are directed to take the oath of office and to assess
the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other tract of
land within the said district by reason of the proposed improvement.
