RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 614+
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District _
No. 614 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made due report to the City
Council that they have qualified for office and have organized,
have formed plans for their improvement, and have estimated the cost
thereof to be within the limit allowed by law, and have recommOnded
the appointment of David F. Fleming , Lester Lowrey
and W. P. Spotts , all duly qualified electors of Little
Rock, Arkansas , as assessors to assess the benefits in said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the report is approved ,
and that David F. Fleming , Lester Lowrey
and �• P . Spotts be an they are hereby elected
assessors for Street Improvement District No. 614 of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and they are directed to take the oath of office and to
assess the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other
tract of land within said District by reason of the proposed
improvement .
