RESOLUTION ET,F,CTING ASSESSORS
FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 128
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
No. 128 have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be within
the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment of
Truman Nolen , E. F. Phillips.
and Byron R. Morse , all duly qualified electors of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said
District; now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED that the report is approved, and that
Truman Nolen , i E. F. Phillips
and Byron R. Morse be and they are hereby elected
as assessors for Sewer Improvement District No . 128 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to take the oath of office and
to assess the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other
tract of land within said District by reason of the proposed improve-
ment .
