RESOLUTION NO. 2143 .
A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A 1TARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF AN
ALLEY WHICH RUNS NORTH AND SOUTH BETWEEN LOT 27,
BLOCK 23 , RIVERSIDE PARK ADDITION, AND LOT 12,
BLOCK 22, STI ,LMAN AND BUCHANAN ADDITION, BEGIN*
NING AT LINCOLN AVENUE AND EXTENDING NORTH TO
THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF THE DESCRIBED LOTS,
ALL IN THE CITY OF -LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Vincent A. Coco and Yola L. Coca have filed with
the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas, a petition praying the
vacation and abandonment of a described alley:
That portion of an alley designated on the plat
of the Riverside Park Addition, appearing of
record in Plat Book 27, Page 604, and also desig-
nated on the plat of Stillman and Buchanan Addition
appearing oi' record in Plat Book 10, Page 709, in
the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
said alley running north and south between Lot 27,
Block 23, Riverside Park Addition and :Jot 12, Elocx 22,
Stillman and Luchanan Addition, all of the City of
Little hock, and beginning at Lincoln Avenue and
extendin`, north to the north boundary line of the
hereinabove described lots;
and
W LREAS, said Vincent A. Coco and Yola L. Coco are owners of
property abutting on said alley;
NOW,THERE1ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the _ 29th day of April , 1957, at
8:00 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the City Council of Little
Rock, Arkansas, is hereby fixed as the date, place and time for a
hearing on this petition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock be
and he is hereby requested tJ ive notice of such hearing by
publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in, some newspaper
published in the county and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock, stating in said notice the names of the petitioners,
a description of tie portion of the street to be vacated and advising
all persons that on a certain day therein named the Council will near
and determine whether said portion of said street shall be vacated.
