A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING A COM1VIISSIONER IN
STREET IiiiPROV .ENT DISTRICT NO. 607.
WHEREAS, by resolution this Council did on February 18,
1957, appoint Earl V. Iielone as a commissioner of Street Improvement
District No. 607 of Little Rock, hrkansas , and directed him to take
his oath of office within ten days as provided by law; and
4yHEREAS, because of being out of the city for business
reasons said Earl V. Kelone was unable to take and file his oath
within the required ten days but is still willing to serve as
commissioner of said district;
NOW, T 'AFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
Little hock, c,xkansas ,
That Earl V. Kelone be and he is hereby reappointed Com-
missioner of Street Improvement District No. 607 of Little pock,
Arkansas, and shall forthwith take his oath of office and enter
upon his duties with the other commissioners of said district.
