RESOLUTION NO. 2132
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMIIISL,IONERS IN
STREET IMPROV 1tIENT DISTRICT NO. 607
WHEREAS, since being appointed commissioner in Street
Improvement District No. 607 of Little Rock, Arkansas , Julius C .
Bemberg has sold his property in said District and is no longer
a property owner tithin said District, and is therefore not qualified
to act as commissioner for said District; and
WHEREAS, since being appointed commissioner in said District
Harold H. Reid has been elected an alderman of the City of Little Itock
and as such is disqualified by law from serving in said district
as commissioner; and
'. HEREAS, Julius C. Bemberg and Harold H. Reid have tendered
their resignations as commis, Toners in said district and said
resignations should be accepted ; and
%4-HEREAS, the remaining commissioner has reported this
action to the council and has recommended the appointment of John
L. Lipsmeyer and Earl V. Kelone as successors on said Board to
Mr. Bembdrg and Mr. Reid, respectively, and has represented that
both of such successors are property owners in the district.
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That John L. Lipsmeyer and Earl V. Kelone be and they are
hereby appointed commissioners for Street Improvement District No. 607
of Little mock, Arkansas , and shall forthwith take their oaths of
office and enter upon their duties with the other commissioner of
said district.
