A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS TO FILL VACANCIES
IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO . 589 .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
WHEREAS, Howard C. Retzlof and Clyde T. Reed,
Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 589,
are no longer residents of the District and desire to
be removed from the Board; and
WHEREAS, Martin Rosen and John H. Knight are
residents of the District and are willing to serve as
Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Martin
Rosen and John H. Knight are hereby appointed as
Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 589.
