RESOLUTION NO. 2108
RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS ON
PLANS AND ESTIMATED COST OF IbPROVEMENT IN ANNEX
NO. 1 TO STREET IMPROVM ENT DISTRICT NO. 610.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 610 of Little Rock, Arkansas , have made due report to the City
Council that they have formed plans for the improvement contemplated
in Annex No. 1 to said District, and as prayed for in the petition
therefor, and have estimated the cost thereof to be within the
limit allowed by law;
NOGG, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said report be and
the same is hereby approved , and the Commissioners and Assessors of
Street Improvement District No. 610 are directed to assess the
benefits to be received by each and every lot or other tract of
land within the territory in said Annex No. 1 by reason of the
proposed improvement.
