A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING UPON THE PETITION
TO VACATE THE ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 8,
ADAMS' ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the owners of the property abutting upon the
dedicated alley located in Block 8, Adams ' Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have filed a petition request-
ing that said alley be closed and vacated, end
WHEREAS, under the laws of the State of Arkansas, a
public hearing must be had upon said petition, and a notice
must be published by the city clerk designating the time,and
place of such public hearing,
NOW ,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That pursuant to a petition filed by
the owners of property abutting upon the dedicated alley
located in Block 8, Adams' Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, seeking to close said alley, a Public Hearing
will be held upon said petition, Monday, April 23 , 1956,
at 8:00 o' clock, P. M. in the Council Chambers.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish the notice required by law advising all persons
objecting to said petition to be present and present their
objections at said public hearing.
