RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS ON PLANS
AND ESTIMATED COST OF IMPROVEMENT OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 605.
WHEREAS, The Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 605 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas have filed their report
stating that E. F. Jennings had been elected as Chairman, and C. C.
Collie, Jr. as Secretary of said District.
The Commission has further reported that they have employed
John_P. powers as Engineer and Linwood L. Brickhouse as Attorney for
said District and that they have formed plans for said District which
have been approved by the City Engineer and that they have estimated
the cost of such improvement exclusive of interest will be __ __
_i_ �1 __dollars, which is less than 60% of the value of
the rea property in the District as shown by the last county
assessment and they recommend the appointment of Spencer Plowman
Jack Farris and L. E. Tedford as assessors for said District to assess
the benefits to be received by each lot or other Sub-Division of land
within the District.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the report of said
commissioners in Street Improvement District No. 605 is in all things
approved, and Spencer Plowman, Jack Farris, and L. E__Tedford are
hereby elected the assessors for the said District and they are further
directed to assess the benefits to be received by each lot or parcel
of land within the territory in said District by reason of the proposed
