RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTI ENT TO FILL VACANCY ON BOARD OF COD ISSIONERS
OF STREET IMPROVEIEIAT DISTRICT N0 602.
'WVhereas'there is a vacancy on the board of commissioners of Street
Improvement District Nt1sdaar 602, Little Rock, Arkansas, by reason of
a resignation from said board, heretofore filed with this Countil,
Now, Therefore,
Be It Resolved saasisSMAIRMar by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, that Norbert A. Terrio, be and he is hereby selected
and appointed to fill the vacancy now existing on said board of Street
Improvement District Ncoedstr 602 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
That within the time provided by law he file his oath of office
with the City Clerk, herein.
