RESOLUTION FOR APPOINMENT TO FILL VACANCIES IN TIC BOARD
OF COIV ISSIONERS OF STREET INMPROVr.'[,uENT DISTRICT NO. 602
Whereas, William M. i oorhead and Cecil A. Bates, members of the
Board of Commissioners of Street Improvement District Number 602, Little
Rock, Arkansas, have moved out of said Improvement District, and no longer
reside therein, and have tendered their written resignations as such board
members, and therefore, it becomes necessary to select and appoint their
successors. Now, therefore,
Be It Resolved and Ordained, by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, that the resignations of the said William I .
Ivioorhead and Cecil A. Bates, be and are hereby accepted, and that Norbert
A. Terrio and Carl W. Williams, as named in the petition herein presented
to the City Council, both of whom are residents and real property owners
in said Street Improvement District, be and they are hereby appointed to
fill the respective ' 'acancies on said Board of Commissioners.
That within: the time provided by law each shall file a proper oath
of office with the City Clerk, herein.
