RESOLUTION ACC 'TING THE RESIGNATION OF JOHN BAILEY
AS A COMMISSIONER OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
124 of LITTLE ROCK AND APPOINTING HIS SUCCESSOR.
WHEREAS, John Bailey, heretofore appointed a
Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 124
of Little Rock has tendered his resignation as such
Commissioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The resignation of John Bailey as
Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 124 of
Little Rock, Arkansas , be and it is hereby accepted.
Section 2. Ben Rosenberg is hereby appointed a
Commissioner of Sewer Improvement District No. 1P)i of
Little Rock.
