A RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS OF BENEFITS IN SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0 . 119 .
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, held on the 12th day of
September, 1955, there was presented to the said Council a
petition of the Commission of Sewer Improvement District
No. 119, in which it was stated that it is of the opinion
that no further levy of assessments will be necessary
to pay the outstanding obligations of the District, and
praying that the Council pass a resolution cancelling the
remainder of said assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, That the assessments
extended against and remaining unpaid on the assessment list
of said District, be cancelled.
