RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS MADE BY- THE COUNTY EQUALI-
ZATION BOARD FOR RE-APPRAISAL OF PROPERTY IN PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS , the 1955 General Assembly of the State of Ark-
ansas passed an Enabling Act creating an Equalization Board in the
respective Counties of the State of Arkansas.
The Equalization Board of Pulaski County is naa endeavor-
ing to re-appraise the real property value of this County which in
effect will materially increase the revenue received by the City of
Little Rock from the five (5) mill ad valorem tax.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Little Rock hereby approves the approach and the efforts
that are being made by the Equalization Board to make said re-
appraisals.
